The "Bol d'Or", an unusual inland race

Par Many Players - June 15 2012

The 74th Bol d'Or Mirabaud will start tomorrow june 16th at 10H00 UTC+2 !

A 66.5 Nm race on Geneva's Lake like no other, as this is the largest regatta in enclosed waters across the continent, but it's also one of the oldest since it was founded in 1939 ... and then had 26 sailors.

There were 512 in the last edition won in "Surprise" by Mirabaud 1, and it is on this very powerful monohull you can tee off tomorrow for the first "step" on Lake Geneva. The "revenge" on Thursday 21 and decide which of you is the best on inland waters !
