I've got the same sh.t!!! Can't continue race - it keeps telin me that my e-mail is invalid and I must verify my e-mail. Verification doesn't help at all!!!

And I already few years playin this without changing something in my profile!

I've changed it to whatever email. And then changed it back to the same one I've had all the time... voila! it working!

Still there's no developers support what so ever! and it sucks! REALLY!

Some junk filters reject an e_mail from MP and your ISP Postmaster sends to them a mail
saying that the adress is unavailable.
That's perhaps why MP requires a new adress.
To be sure to receive mails from MP put in your friend list
race-comittee at virtualeregatta.net and
race at manyplayers.com

Depuis le Tour de France à la Voile, nous avons mis en place un nouveau système au niveau des adresses e-mails et certains d'entre vous qui jouaient avec une fausse adresse e-mail ou une ancienne adresse qui aujourd'hui n’existe plus se sont vu refuser l'accès au jeu.

Pour retrouver l'accès au jeu, il vous suffit d'aller dans "Mon VR", rubrique "Mes informations" et vous changez votre adresse e-mail en y insérant une adresse e-mail qui existe bien. Un e-mail de validation, nous permettant de vérifier que cette adresse existe bien vous sera envoyé immédiatement à cette nouvelle adresse (vérifiez éventuellement qu'il n'est pas tombé en spams), vous cliquez sur le lien que contient cet e-mail et vous récupérer immédiatement votre accès au jeu.

Si vous ne possédez pas d'autres adresse e-mail, il existe beaucoup de fournisseur de nom de domaine tel que gmail.com, yahoo.fr, msn, hotmail, gmx voir même facebook et bien d'autres encore, qui vous permettront de créer une adresse e-mail.

Apparemment, vous avez pu vous reconnecter sans rien faire.
D'autres joueurs sur le forum français ont le même problème avec leur adresse mail. La solution que j'ai traduite auparavant ne semble pas en être la cause. MP étudie actuellement le problème.
Peut être devriez vous vous signaler directement auprès d'un modérateur.

Even most crappy online games have support and admins are answering quiet soon + fixing the problem.

About a year and half I couldn't get my certificate out and as I wrote to get some support I never got any kind of answer, even thou I wrote few times actually.

Now bout e-mail address! I'm playing now and I can access all races except one (Tour de France à la Voile 2011) thou whenever I'm clicking on HOME I have this - Invalid email adress -
Modify e-mail address - stuff on top of the page, however all races are accessible but Tour de France à la Voile 2011 that tells me I should modify my e-mail!!!

Basically I had to made some fake e-mail on some website to change it and then changed it back to my old one that I'm using all the time during many years with no problems at all, and have been using for Virtual Regatta as well from the beginning. First it gave results - the changing back and forth I mean, and the message disappeared. But recently it appeared again as I described above.

So all this time seems there's no changes and no support still.
Appears that junk games online have better support then
this one!!!


p.s. I thankful to Thomasine for the effort but I've been also thinking
as it is international site, shouldn't it be some folk in support team
(if it exists) who actually understands English so this guy don't have to
fight with google translate, that is very kind of him!!!

For ManyPaul or any Support Staff,
I also am unable to clear the invalid email message. I only have two email adresses and they are both being used for VR boats. I see that fictitious email adresses do not work.
If you could fix, I would be grateful.
